Shoot Time/Additions
The photography schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of the Client in a manner enjoyed by all parties. Client and photographer agree that cheerful cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential to that purpose. Shooting commences at the scheduled start time. Each additional half hour after the reserved hours is $50. A small fee (.50 per mile) if driving over 30 miles from 92506.
Images and copyrights-
The Client has the right to reprint and to use any and all images during the clients session for personal use only. The Client shall not alter, transfer, license, or sell any images without the written consent of Jen Sepulveda Photography. Jen Sepulveda Photography is color calibrated to a high-end custom print lab. Jen Sepulveda Photography does not guarantee prints made at consumer labs (i.e. Walmart, Costco, Target, Shutterfly, etc.). Jen Sepulveda Photography recommends CGPro.com or Mpix.com for printing. Both are great pro-sumer labs that will give you high quality images at great prices.
Model Release-
The photographer, Jen Sepulveda, has permission to print images from this session for self promotion use only. This can include promo pieces, website/internet use, or any advertisement.
PAYING THIS RETAINER TO YOUR FULL SESSION IS YOU AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS ABOVE.
